The flats
Are sheets and towels provided?
YES, sheets and towels as well as duvets and pillows are provided for all flat types. You will find them directly in your accommodation on arrival.
Are the beds made on arrival?
NO, in most flats the beds are not made for your arrival, they are provided in the flats. In some types of flats (T2 comfort, T3 luxury and T4 luxury) this service is included in the price. However, you can subscribe to the “Beds made” option, at the latest 48 hours before your arrival.
Are the flats equipped with a microwave oven?
YES, all our flats are equipped with MICROWAVE OVENS, but we do not have traditional ovens.
Is it possible to rent a raclette machine?
NO, at the residence we do not offer the loan of raclette or fondue machines. However, if you buy your cheese and/or charcuterie at the village shops, they will lend you the raclette machine.
Are the flats equipped with Wifi?
YES, all our flats have a secure Wifi network.
Are toiletries (shower gel, shampoo...) provided?
NO, as a tourist residence we do not provide hygiene items such as shower gel or shampoo. We offer a “bathroom kit” for sale at the reception, to help you out for a weekend.
Do we have to clean up before leaving the flat?
YES, cleaning on departure is not included. You have the necessary equipment at your disposal in the flat. You can also subscribe to the “cleaning” option if you wish. This option does not include the kitchen area, dishes and rubbish.
Means of payment
Is it possible to pay with ANCV holiday vouchers?
YES, we accept payments with ANCV holiday vouchers.
The swimming pool
Is the swimming pool accessible without extra charge?
YES, all our facilities are accessible without extra charge during opening hours.
Is the pool heated?
YES, our indoor swimming pool is heated all year round between 27 and 29°C.
The residence
Does the residence have a private car park?
YES, each flat has its own parking space. These spaces are exclusively reserved for our guests and are located in a private area.
Is there an accessible bicycle storage room?
NO, at the moment we do not have a bike room, but you can store your bikes on the balcony of your flat.
Is the residence close to the village?
YES, our residence is located in a hamlet on the heights of Luz St Sauveur, only 800 m from the town centre. You can take a mountain path (the GR10) and walk down in 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.
